Illeslex, together with the Cultural Association for the Mediterranean Historical Heritage.

Illeslex legally assists the Cultural Association for the Mediterranean Historical Heritage, created in 2015 and which aim is to promote cultural activity in the island, especially in all that aspects of the Stately Homes. The law firm’s partners, Javier Blas and Guillermo Dezcallar, met with the head of the Association, Diego Zaforteza, to plan the different aspects related to the Association activities.

At the head of the Association, Diego Zaforteza promotes the project “Itinerem”, an initiative that has as main objective the creation of an Eropean Council Cultural Itinerary around the enormous tangible and intangible heritage of the Mediterranean Stately Homes , that in Mallorca are known as “Possesions”. The project already involves entities of the islands of Malta, Sicily, Rhodes and Corsica and intends, in the future, to incorporate other territories in the Mediterranean. The ultimate goal is to get the certificate of cultural itinerary given by the European Council, which has already recognized 32 cultural itineraries, of which 22 have Spanish participation. The peculiarity of” Itinerem” is that, in Mallorca, contemplates only the “possesions” that are contained in the map of Cardinal Despuig.
