This morning ourfirm, especially Javier Blas Guasp, managing director and partner of ILLESLEX, as President of the Association for ínsolvency Law of the Balearic Islands, attended the conference in Sa Riera.
The aim was to analyze the latest reforms of corporations by Law 31/2014 of 3rd December, which was to analyze the law of corporations to improve governance.
