In 2015, 76.680 homes were acquired by foreign citizens. Of these transactions, 51.7% were carried out by non-resident foreigners.
The sale of homes by foreigners increased in all regions, but the biggest was produced in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Valencia and Andalusia.
The British are leading the list of purchases although these are followed by the German, Belgian, Italian and Romanian. Instead, the Russians experienced a great fall.
