ILLESLEX ATTENDED THE EVENT HOSTED BY MUNDO MEDITERRÁNEO AND SVEN NYS

Javier Blas was present at the Belgian events which took place in Palma.

The Belgian real estate agency and developer, Mundo Mediterráneo, together with two-time World Champion of cyclo-cross, Sven Nys, presented their new partnership at a meeting which took place at the Honorary Consulate of Belgium, located in Palma de Mallorca.

 

As it could be no other way, Illeslex was in attendance. It is worth noting that our Managing Partner speaks both Flemish and French, and that we have many clients pertaining to each of these nationalities.

 

According to various studies conducted by the College of Notaries of Spain, those of Belgian nationality rank among the top of European nationalities in percentages of investments by way of the acquisition of property in the Balearic Islands.

 

Thus, day after day, the interest of the Balearic Islands in the Belgian-Dutch market is merely further confirmed.
