As a novice to the real estate market in Spain, Mr Blas tought me the ropes worked at the speed of light and the purchase was realised in just over one month, When I was suddenly unable to travel to Spain due to an unforeseen even, Mr Blas represented me at the notary, and bank, etc. and the transaction proceeded as scheduled.
